INCISION— is a first-person shooter inspired by the first Doom, Quake, Blood and Shadow Warrior. INCISION will require skill and focus from the player, and reward them with a brutal carnage that will paint the city red. Your job is simple. Cut, shoot, burn and destroy everyone to stop the spread of evil. Mercy – is weakness. Oscillation – is death.
INCISION is designed to be merciless in its difficulty, but the player will never feel weak in the face of danger. Your arsenal is varied, powerful, thunderous and will easily turn enemies into pools of blood if they don't do it first to you.

INCISION is designed to be merciless in its difficulty, but the player will never feel weak in the face of danger. Your arsenal is varied, powerful, thunderous and will easily turn enemies into pools of blood if they don't do it first to you.
- Eight types of weapons, including powerful alternative firing modes. Fire a volley of jumping incendiary bombs from the shotgun. Throw grenades from a heavy machine gun to turn enemies into bloody dust. Release a volley of four incendiary rockets with a revolver and watch as even the strongest enemy crumbles into the ashes in front of you. Use a spear saw, which works as a chopping weapon for long-range attacks or as a circular saw for close combat.
- The world of INCISION has turned into a real nightmare, where an ever-absorbing and ever-growing mass of flesh and machines lives in terrible symbiosis. Everything that is familiar and comfortable to us has turned into a network of hellish pulsating labyrinths of factories that serve as nerves and organs for a certain creature that only strives to absorb everything and grow more.
- Growth has united and consumed all life on the planet, turning its inhabitants into machine freaks designed to turn inside out anyone who opposes their regime. Augmented soldiers with energy rifles firing bursts, madmen with ricocheting saws, machine spider priests. The INCISION Monster List will keep you on your toes until the bloody end.
